Membership

NAFAA is a member firm based association whom creates definition and ongoing development of an industry group for the North American alternative fund administration industry.
The objective of NAFAA is to promote the best interests of the alternative fund administration industry; identify and institute industry operating standards that General Partners, Investors, institutional asset allocators, and due diligence providers require; enhance the image and understanding of the alternative fund administration industry; advance constructive dialogue with regulators; and to improve the communication with and training of NAFAA's members through effective conferences and communications.

Defining "global best practice" standards and policies for the industry that reduce risk, improve the client experience and assist institutional allocators and due diligence providers when assessing Fund Administrators.

Training and Communication

Improving the communication with and training of its members by sharing information, conferences and training programs.

Voice of the Industry

Joining an industry voice that will work with global regulators on policy, rule creation and amendments while educating others on our industry and its standards.
